Since 2007, this historic stone building has experienced extensive restoration and a stunning addition to the back. The original building, c1800, was taken to the wall studs with new wiring, plumbing, heating and cooling installed. In addition, new insulation, new windows, new roof and a handicap ramp (accessible from the parking area directly into the first level of the addition) were also installed.The original building is contiguous yet feels separate from the new addition. A wonderful sense of history greets one upon entering the front door from Washington Street.
